Citadel

The land on which the Citadel was eventually developed was purchased by Avon Chase Properties, and a joint venture agreement was signed with Rabie Properties to develop the site. After a full rezoning process was completed, construction began on the 91 apartments. The Citadel is situated in the vicinity of the Constantiaberg Medi Clinic, and is an iconic building in the area, still proving very popular with buyers.
